An incomplete, bent and extremely corroded cast copper alloy Roman bow brooch of Colchester derivative two piece front-hooked type, dating to the first century AD. The arms are semi-cylindrical and there is a stump for a spring hook at the front of the head. The bow tapers and curves back from the head, with a sub rounded cross section and a ridged spine. The bow tapers to a triangular foot with a stump of a catchplate beneath.

A cast copper alloy base ring from a vessel (?) possibly a bowl, 48.3mm in diameter. There are no marks or other decoration. The inner surface is concave and appears to be fire blackened. Date uncertain but potentially Roman to post medieval.

A complete copper-alloy 'Limoges style' cross mount, enameled and gilded figurine depicting a saint (possibly the Virgin Mary),  dating c. AD 1100 - 1300. It is broadly rectangular in plan with the head centred on a circular projection representing a halo or nimbus. The upper surface of the figurine is convex and the reverse is concave except the circular halo which is flat. The body of the figure has two circular rivet holes pierced through it; one on the chest and one centred adjacent to the lower edge. An incomplete lead Papal bulla probably of Pope Nicholas III (1277-80). It has been folded and broken post-deposition, neither the reverse or obverse are entirely clear. The reverse depicts the face of Saint Paul, moulded in bas relief surrounded by a separate pellet border with a croziernd enclosed within a circumferencial border. An incomplete copper-alloy Roman centre looped cosmetic pestle. It is formed from a long curved rod, circular in cross-section and becoming narrower towards each end, which terminates in a blunt point, one of which terminates in an old break.  Projecting from the centre of the upper edge is a flattened sub-circular loop, which is circular in cross-section. A fragment of a copper-alloy disc of Medieval date 8th-9th century. All that remains is a quarter of the disc, which has cruciform arms and a chip-carved counter-relief interlace is net-like and occasionally expands to form small triangles. The interlace is abstract, with no animal elements identifiable, but there is evidence of gilding. The reverse is undecorated and has corrosion. The catchplate and pin are missing.
