An incomplete copper-alloy hooked tag (Read Class D Type 6) of post-medieval date (c. 1500-1600 AD).
Description: The main plate is sub-triangular with small, semi-circular projections around the outer edges. There are three applied domed bosses on the upper surface of the plate, of which two are nearly complete. Each of the domes has a central applied knop. There are six further knops arranged at regular intervals around the central knop, with each alternating knop surrounded by a ring of applied wire resembling a rope.
