A fragment from a copper-alloy socketed axehead of Bronze Age date. Only the socket end of the axe remains, and it has post-depositional damage. It is broadly trapezoidal in shape, and is hollow. At the socket end the rim in thickened. Along one outer edge is the remains of a longitudinal casting seam.There is a similar example recorded on the PAS database (SF-CA59D7). This socket measures 43.02mm in length, 47.15mm in width, 4.77m in thickness, 47.86g in weight.

A secondary flake with retouching dating to the Bronze Age.It has been manufactured from a fine grained grey flint core with remains of cortex. The ventral face bears concentric ripples and the dorsal face has a longitudinal ridge along the axis; it shows traces of previous knapping. A cast copper alloy 'moustache-shaped' object of late Bronze Age or Iron Age date. The object has a narrowed body with two sweeping swollen drop shaped ends which taper towards pointed terminals, one of which terminates in a break. There are five panels of linear grooves on each rounded side, with medial bands running down the middle, flanked by two panels of oblique lines and then two outer peripheral panels of lines running roughly parallel to those along the centre. An incomplete copper-alloy early Bronze Age flat axehead. All that remains is the blade end, which is flared and roughly triangular in shape.The worn and corroded cutting edge is crescentic in form, extending beyond both sides of the axe. The surface is badly corroded with little of the original patina remaining.  This is the blade end from an incomplete axe of Bronze Age date. Only the tip survives, the pitting and corrosion. This is an incomplete fragment from the tip of a Bronze Age object, probably a spear of uncertain type. It is likely to date to the Middle or Late Bronze Age, c.1600-800 BC. It is 35.61mm in length, 12.68mm in width, 4.04mm in width and 5.32g in weight.

Complete unlooped copper-alloy Middle to Late Bronze Age palstave axehead. The H-shaped hafting channels at the butt are in good condition, with most of the original edges surviving on all four flanges. The butt narrows before a worn transverse break. The (abraded) stop ridge is slightly higher than the flanges. The septum is 57.1mm long. An incomplete copper-alloy spear of probable Middle to Late Bronze Age date. Only the tip survives, the remainder now missing due to old breaks. It is triangular in form with prominent mid rib and flattened blades that give the surviving fragment a lozenge shaped cross-section. A fragment of a middle Bronze Age side-looped spearhead. Only the socket survives. This is circular in cross-section, hollow and expands slightly towards its outer end. To either side of the inner end there is a small attachment loop, which would have allowed it to be secured to the shaft. The surface of the metal is heavily corroded with a silvery coating visible in places.  Spearheads with side loops date generally to the Acton Park and Taunton phases of the middle Bronze Age, c.1550-c.1250 BC (Davis 2017). An incomplete Late Bronze Age copper-alloy socketed axe blade dating to circa 1300-800 BC. A sherd from the body of an early Bronze Age vessel, dating to the period c.2350-c.1200 BC. Hard, coarse fabric containing plentiful poorly sorted quartz pieces (<2mm). The outer surface and core are an oxidised orange-red colour while the inner surface is a lighter grey. The outer surface is decorated with bands of three and two parallel lines of small square indentations.
