A single sherd of handmade pottery, probably of prehistoric date, weighing 7g.. It is a bodysherd, oxidised with a blackened outer surface which is grass-marked. There is fine grit and shell tempering. It was found in the same area as Roman sherds, see SF-E797D6.

A cast lead vessel mend of Roman or later date. It has two flattened, oval shaped faces with a constriction between them where the mend and wall of the vessel would have met. Traces of buff ware pottery with red inclusions are visible in the constriction, although not enough of the fabric survives in order to identify whether it is Roman or later in date. The entire object measures 33.31mm in length, 25.54mm in width, 8.98mm in thickness, and weighs 26.95g.

An incomplete fragment from a cast copper-alloy object, possibly a vessel of Roman or later date. The surviving fragment is oval shaped in section, rectangular in form and has a slight casting seam along one edge. It terminates at both ends in old breaks and has blackened or sooted surfaces. The fragment measures 22.65mm in length, 13.86mm in width, 11.05mm in thickness, and weighs 17.41g. This is a fragment from a cast cpper-alloy object, possibly from a cooking vessel or similar object. It is of uncertain date, c.43-1700 AD.

The exterior surface is fired brown in colour and has transverse ridges as if smoothed off by hand, possibly on a slow wheel.
