An incomplete cast copper-alloy cosmetic spoon of Roman date. The damaged bowl and the start of the stem survive intact, the remainder of the object missing due to old breaks. The bow is oval shaped in form, dished, and tapers towards the stem. Where the bowl and stem join there is moulded decoration comprising three transverse ridges, a bead, and finally the remains of further transverse ridges of uncertain number due to the object terminating in old breaks.
