Earlier sprung type with semi-tubular wings and a single rearward claw. Median rib on bow and incised curving line on either side of the head and down either side of the bow converging on the median rib. The wing terminals are also defined by an incised. The catchplate is broken and the pin and spring are missing.

Lozenge and triangle design on lower bow, all probably contained enamel. Flat end on moulded foot. Surv length 45mm, width 24mm. As Hacheston, HCH 001 pubn.no150 (but that had separate headstud).
