A worn copper-alloy Nuremberg 'Lion of St Mark' type jetton, anonymous stock issue with fictitious legends, dating c. 1500-1570. Obverse: Lion of St Mark standing left, nimbate and holding book of gospels, standing within inner solid border (which the halo does not break). Reverse: imperial orb within trilobe. C.f Mitchiner nos. 1098-1099, and BUC-80BDD5 on the PAS database (though this example has no rosettes in the obverse field).

A corroded and extremely worn Nuremberg jetton dating to the Post-Medieval period, anonymous stock issue of c. 1490-1550. Obverse; two conjoined shields with lombardic 'G' below. Reverse; four lis in lozenge. Both this obverse and obverse/reverse combination are unlisted in Mitchiner, though an identical obverse has been previously recorded onto the PAS database, see record SUR-AC3AD1.
