119 lithic implements recorded individually in detail on excell tables in the Suffolk SMR. In summary there is two possibly three separate assemblages, the earliest seems to be that represented by patinated pieces and mainly blades and including a possible microlith suggesting a mesolithic date. The second major group, and largest group, consists of unpatinated flakes mainly long flakes with parallel flake scars on the dorsal face and mostly retouched these are probably late neolithic/ early bronze age, with the late neolithic more likely. The final group consists of a small amount …

102 lithic implements recorded individually in full, each with a 12 figure NGR, in the Suffolk SMR. Summary: The assemblage is predominately long flake and blade rich. There are a few pieces that may Mesolithic and a few flakes which may be Bronze Age, but there is nothing diagnostically Mesolithic or Nronze Age in the assemblage. The majoritu, if not all are therefore probably Neolithic in date, patination may or may not be significant.
