A small base and body sherd of Roman wheel thrown greyware ceramic vessel dating c.AD 100-300. The sherd is a small irregular body and base sherd with clear striations indicating a wheel thrown vessel. The fabric is hard with numerous mica specks throughout the sherd. It is light grey colour on all surfaces, except under the base where it is dark grey. Length 51.14, Width 25.55, Thickness (body 7.45mm, base 6.22mm) , Weight 13.3mm

A rim sherd of a wheel-thrown ceramic Greyware jar or bowl of Roman date, circa AD100 - 300. The fabric is dark blackish-grey in colour with a hard and gritty texture and black burnished outer surface. Abundant inclusions of mica are present giving a speckled appearance within the fabric. The fragment has a thick beaded rim. The fragment is 113.2mm long, 41.39mm wide, Rim 14.27mm thick, body 5.51mm thick, and weighs 52.7g. Overall diameter: 18cm (projected using rim chart); approx.20% of rim remaining.

A Medieval composite copper-alloy strap-end of 14th-century date. It is made up of two long, slightly tapering plates which are separated with a forked spacer. There is a circular copper-alloy rivet in the centre of the rectilinear attachment end. The strap-end tapers gently to the terminal where it is sharply angled to a flat trefoil knop. There is a second copper-alloy rivet just above the knop. Length 55.13mm, width 12.16mm, thickness 3.39mm. Weight 8g. Many strap-ends of this type are known from 14th-century contexts in London (Egan and Pritchard 1991, 145).

A complete copper alloy Roman phallic mount. The shaft is elongated, triangular in cross-section, with a concave reverse and tapers gradually towards the outer end. A fragment of a Roman Mortaria made from Oxford colour coated ware , dating to the period AD 50- 410. The fragment is broadly triangular in shape and includes part of the foot ring, a low pedestal-like ring formed on the base of a vessel to enable it to stand more securely. A crude blade fashioned from a core. The flint is dark grey, with some blue/grey patination.
