three copper alloy fragments from a cast copper alloy skillet or cauldron. There are two body and one rim fragment, all with sooting on the exterior surface. a)upright rim, 37.68mm in length, 26.4mm in width, weight 12.16g b)body frag. 17.6mm in length, 47.13mm wide, weight 15.51g c) body frag. 39.27mm in length, 39.49mm in width, weight 14.28g cast copper alloy vessels were in widespread use, especially in the period between 1300 and 1600 AD.

Rim sherd from a closed shaped vessel of probable Early Anglo-Saxon date. The vessel has a heavily encrusted dark grey fabric with many small shelly or quartz inclusions, a dark grey exterior surface and paler pink/red ribbed interior surface. The sherd has a small circular perforation to one side, perhaps suggesting re-use at a later date. It measures 41.75mm in width, 38.11mm in height, 7.52mm in thickness, and weighs 14.34g.

A fragment from a handmade ceramic vessel of Anglo-Saxon date, preserving the complete profile of one side of the wall, the rim, base and one lug handle. It has a dark grey sandy fabric with a little mica, some quartz and calcite inclusions. To one side at the top of the rim is a lug handle that is sub-rectangular in shape and section and has a transverse circular perforation. The rim of the vessel is approximately 7cm in diameter, is plain and undecorated. A total of eight pottery sherds from coarse ware vessels of later Medieval to early Post-Medieval date. They have a combined total weight of 116.55g and date to between the 14th and 17th centuries AD. 1) A fragment from a large strap handle measuring 61.61mm in length, 46.83mm in width, 16.45mm in thickness and 60.07g in weight. 2) Four base sherds with a combined weight of 40.57g. 3) Three body sherds with a combined weight of 15.91g.
