A complete copper-alloy Medieval anonymous seal matrix of  conical  or hexagonally faceted form with a pierced trefoil terminal and a collar with three ridges. The die has a central design of a groutesque animal with a human face, possibly a dragon. The inscription reads IE SV SEL NV TEL, a garbled version of 'there is none like me' in French. It is 24.27mm in height, the die has a diameter of 18.99mm and it weighs 9.99g. Harvey and McGuiness, 1996, p89, fig 82.

A complete copper-alloy possible purse bar of Late Medieval or Early Post Medieval date (AD 1450 - AD 1550). Length 50.04mm, height 28.84, maximum thickness 7.61mm. Weight 10.84g. The horizontal bar is roughly circular in cross-section.  The terminals are globular and each has five deep spiralling grooves. An incomplete Roman copper-alloy Colchester Derivative Hinged Pin brooch dating to circa AD 43-120. T-shaped in plan, the brooch has cylindrical wings, with a rectangular slot on the centre of the reverse which would have housed the now missing pin. Each wing is decorated with incised transverse grooves. The bow is d-shaped, with diagonal grooves where it joins the wings. The catchplate is incomplete. A fragment of a cast copper-alloy Iron Age brooch of the Langton Down Type, dating to c. AD 25-60. Only the upper part of the bow is surviving. The front face of the case bears three pairs of longnitudial moulding (Blagg et al, 2004, pg 92, figure 62, plate 39). It is 14.76mm in length, 18.35mm in width and 2.32g in weight.

A cast lead miniature axe of possible Roman date. It is square in section at the butt end, tapering in width towards the blade end where it flares to produce a triangular plan and profile. At the butt end is an circular socket. TIt measures 19.04mm in length, 10.11mm in width, 1.70mm in thickness (at blade end), and weighs 3.45g. This is possibly a votive axe similar to other examples recorded through the PAS database (e.g. IOW-DFA401, FAKL-B0C080, SF-BD6BA3, SF-4AB493 or SF-105BC3). A complete cast copper-alloy end-looped cosmetic pestle dating to the late Iron Age or early Roman period, c. 1-200 AD.  It consists of a crescentic sub-circular sectioned rod with one end pointed and the other demonstrating an integrally cast end-loop. It is plain with no decorative elements. It measures 44.79mm in length, 3.64mm in width and 3.97g in weight.  Similar examples can be found on the PAS database (SF-A3D5C7, SF-B6A85B SF-FADE94).

An incomplete Anglo-Scandinavian cast copper-alloy bridle bit link of early medieval date. It has a rectangular shaft that is D-shaped in section with flat back and rounded front face which has a rounded boss before the incomplete end. At the complete end, there is a knobbed loop. Length 41.21mm, width 20.38mm, weight 9.99g. A complete lead spindle whorl of uncertain date. It is plano-convex in shape with a convex upper surface and a flat base. It is sub circular in shape with a central circular hole of internal diameter 9.2mm. The weight is 23.40mm in diameter and is 11.8mm thick. It weighs 34.68g. It has a light gray/white patina and is decorated with low bosses.  Objects such as these were used for a long period of time for a variety of functions with little change in form.
