A cast copper-alloy belt mount of post-medieval date, AD1500 - 1700. The outer face of the mount has a scallop shell as terminals at each end separated by a vertically placed flat rectangular bar. The reverse of the mount has two integrally cast projections, both blunted by old breaks. Originally these would have been pointed spikes and would have pierced the leather strap on which it was mounted. The mount has a dark green patina on the outer face and a light brown reverse. A small copper-alloy belt or strap mount of medieval to post-medieval date (c. 1300 - 1600 AD). The mount is in the form of a scallop shell. The detail of the scallop shell is achieved with linear grooves that widen towards the edge of the shell on the upper face of the mount. On the rear of the mount is an integral attachment rivet, bent to run parallel to the face of the mount with a pointed tip. The mount is preserved in good condition and is mid-brown in colour. A complete copper-alloy enamelled medieval shield-shaped mount. The mount is very slightly curved in profile and a short cylindrical attachment lug projects from the centre of the reverse. The outer face is decorated with a raised linear border and what appears to be a raised griffin rampant against an enamelled background of uncertain colour in the centre. A complete Post Medieval copper-alloy mount dating to circa AD 1600-1700. It is asymmetrical, in the shape of an arrow. One end consists of a point while the other is rounded. The body flares outwards before the pointed end before turning back on itself creating a tiangle. It has rounded edges. The reverse is flat and contains two integral pointed lugs positioned on the long axis. A cast copper alloy strap mount of post medieval date (1550-1700 AD ). The mount appears to be in the form of a bag or sack, with a drawn in top with two carying handles. The upper surface of the mount is slightly convex with a groove separating the main body of the mount to the top detail .On the reverse are the remains of two short fixing lugs, one being broken at the base. A complete Post Medeival copper-alloy mount dating to circa AD 1550-1750. It is cast in the shape of an arrow with a pointed trefoil at one end. The other end consists of a rounded edge which then flares outwards before tapering inwards creating a triangular shape. The object is flat with curved edges. On the underside two lugs, now bent and distorted, project. It is similar in form to SUR-4FD15C Length: 23.55mm; Width: 7.79mm; Thickness: 2.28mm; Weight: 1.48g.

A Post Medieval cast copper alloy mount with a teardrop shaped main plate. The head is oval shaped with a central raised oval boss within a deep circumferential recess and has a pointed terminal. Above the head is a small knop. A second oval shaped raised boss is sits on the lower part of the mount below the head. It is sub-rectangular in shape with a central circular hole and a smaller hole through each end, each containing the corroded remains of an iron rivet. The outer face has an engraved linear border and engraved sinuous lines arranged in an asymetrical pattern in the centre. Traces of gilding can be seen in places.
