An incomplete Roman copper-alloy Hod Hill brooch dating to circa AD 43-100. The extant piece consists of the head and upper bow.  It is broadly T-shaped in plan and plano-convex in section. The head is cylindrical containing the axis bar. There is a median voided slot at the apex which would have held the pin. From here the bow emerges. It is flat tapering inwards before flaring out again, creating two crescentic voids. At the point of the flare is a raised, transverse collar. From here, the bow tapers into an ancient break. An incomplete Roman copper-alloy Colchester Derivative brooch dating to circa AD 43-100. Only a portion of the foot and catchplate now survive. The foot is rectangular in plan and plano-convex in section. It tapers into a rounded foot. A portion of the catchplate projects from the reverse. It is flat and broadly V-shaped.  The fragmentary nature of the brooch precludes further typological designation but perforated catch-plates are a feature of Colchester Derivative catchplates, dating to the mid to late 1st century AD.

 An incomplete Late Iron Age to  Roman copper-alloy Langton Down brooch dating to circa AD 25-60. It has tubular wings, which would originally have completely encased the spring, but have become slightly damaged. The spring and min are missing. The bow, which extends downwards at ninety degrees from the head, is broadly rectangular sectioned tapering into a pointed foot. The bow is undecorated and heavily abraded There is no trace of a catchplate on the reverse.

It is rectangular in plan and tapers inwards before terminating in a flat, expanded base. In section, the lower bow is set at an oblique angle to the foot. An incomplete Roman copper-alloy brooch dating to circa AD 80-250. It is an openwork plate brooch, with only around 1/4th of the complete piece surviving. The complete brooch would have been discoidal and flat. A sub-rectangular knop projects from the outer edge on the surviving cardinal point. In the centre is a boss comprised of two concentric circles. The outer circle is inlaid with a dark blue enamel. The inner circle retains no trace of enamel.
