An incomplete Post Medieval cast copper alloy zoomorphic strap fitting, being part of an S-shaped fastener, D shape in section, in the form of a snake, probably dating to c AD 1550 - 1800. An incomplete Medieval copper alloy buckle plate dating to cAD 1200 - 1500. It is a rectangular piece of metal, folded, with a rectangular pin hole cut into the fold and which is looped to hold a pin bar, which in this case is still in place. The bar is oval in section, and the remnant of a thin sheet metal pin is still wrapped around it. A single off-centre rivet holds the two sides of the plate together.  Dimensions: 13.0mm in length; 10.5mm in width; weight: 1.20g.

A fragment of a Roman copper alloy bracelet, dating to c AD 350 - 450. It consists of a short roughly parallel sided strip of copper alloy sheet, truncted by an old break at one and and with a plain rectangular terminal at the other. An incised transverse line delineates the terminal, with a second line running along the longitudinal median line. This is flanked by a series of V-shaped grooves, incised from either edge. It is flat in cross section. Dimensions: 37.9mm in length; 6.9mm in width at terminal end, 5.7mm at break; 1.0mm thick; 1.5g in weight. cf. Crummy (1983: 40) no. 1679

It is missing the backward facing hook. The centre plate, below a sub trapezoidal loop, shows an elaborate spiralling foliate design with two pellets. An incomplete copper-alloy Roman Colchester derivative brooch, dating to the period AD 43-100. The brooch is 27.27mm in length and 31.17mm in width. It weighs 8.04g. The patina is relatively smooth, the colour is mostly dark green, with specks of light green and brown at the spring. Only the upper part of the brooch has remained, the bow featuring a break. A copper-alloy post-medieval Nuremberg 'rose and orb' jetton of Hans Schultes I, dating to the period AD 1553-1584. Obverse depicts three crowns alternately with three lis around a central rose. Reverse depicts an imperial orb surmounted by a cross pattee within a double tressure that becomes single in the arch above the cross. There are three pairs of pellets outside the tressure. The obverse legend shows the wedge associated with Hans Schultes I. A complete copper-alloy medieval Nuremberg 'Ship-penny' jetton dating to the period AD 1490-1550. Obverse type depicting a ship, with stern castle on the left and bow castle is on the right. The legends are largely illegible. Reverse type depicting four fleurs de lis in a lozenge. A similar example is illustrated in Mitchiner M. (1988), p. 372, no. 1166. The jetton has a diameter of 25.98 mm, a thickness of 0.44 mm and weighs 1.73 g.

A complete post-Medieval copper-alloy trade weight dating to the period c. AD 1714-1830. The weight is circular in plan with a raised rim, c 2 mm wide. The front has a stamped circle in the centre, probably indicating it was turned on a lathe, surrounded by three stamped motifs: a letter 'G' surmounted by a crown for George I, II, III or IV at 10 o'clock, a sword of the City of London at 2 o'clock and a ewer denoting that the weight was approved by the Founders Company in London at 6 o'clock.
