A fragment of a post medieval silver threepence of Elizabeth I, dating to AD 1561-1582. Reverse depicting a square shield on a long cross fourchée dividing the legend, with the date above the shield. Uncertain initial mark. Cf. North vol.II p.135 no.1998.
