A cast Medieval to Post-Medieval lead token of the Boy Bishop variety. Penny sized. Boy Bishop tokens were produced from the 1480s to probably up to 1534, on St Nicholas Day and are thought by some to have been carried by sea-farers. They appear to be specific to East Anglia (Bailey 2000, Finds Identified page 6). The diameter is 23mm and the weight is 2.71g.

Cu-alloy German jetton of Hans Schultes dating to the later medieval period, c. mid 16th century (c. 1553-1574). It was probably made in Nuremberg, Germany (that part of the legend is missing/obliterated). 16th century 'Nuremberg jettons' are amongst the most common, although earlier jettons (made in England, France and the Low Countries) are known. One of the most common designs on German jettons is the 'Reichsapfel' - the Imperial Orb. The earlier jettons had - like this one - meaningless legends, but later ones incorporated religious mottos.
