A copper-alloy contemporary copy of a Roman nummus of an unclear emperor, probably dating to 330-340 (Reece Period 17). Probably [GLORIA EXERCITVS] reverse type depicting two soldiers holding shield and spear; one or two standard between them.
The coin seems to have been struck over a radiate, because a faded radiate head right is visible on the upper half of the reverse and two legs of an unclear figure are visible along the edges of a laureate head right on the obverse.
