An incomplete cast copper-alloy disc brooch of Early-Medieval date. It is missing a small part of the plate and pin due to old breaks. The brooch has a flat circular plate with openwork and moulded decoration, although corroded. A complete probable miscast and/or unfinished copper-alloy catch piece sleeve clasp of C6th date. Consisting of a rectangular bar with a rectangular catch element projecting from the centre of othe front edge. The object appears to have been made in a two-piece mould, and there are casting flashes of metal surviving which in a finished object would have been filed away. An incomplete  copper-alloy early medieval (early Anglo-Saxon) Type 2.2.4 of Martin Cruciform brooch type B - AD475-550 (Martin, 2015, pg29, 37, 38 (fig 14) and 128). A pair of complete Early Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) copper-alloy tweezers dating to circa AD 43-1066. The tweezers are sub-rectangular in plan. In section, the arm end is bent out shape at a 90 degree angle to the loop. The loop is circular and contains the remains of a complete wire suspension loop. The suspension loop has two coiled ends to keep it in place. The arms of the tweezers flare outwards and the tip of one arm is folded inwards at 90 degrees.  The form and the inclusion of a slip knot suspension loop suggests an Early Medieval date. …

A probable incomplete early Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) copper-alloy strap end with a wedge shaped terminal end which is not split, but has two rivet holes, one through either corner with the remains of copper-alloy rivets within them. It depicts a possibly a bear-like creature or man with a straight bar behind and above the figure, the lower part is missing due to old breaks.
