A silver hammered penny of Harold I (1035-1040) dating c. 1038-1040. 'Fleur de lis' type, moneyer Leofwig at the mint of Lincoln, North 803. Obverse: helmeted and armoured bust left holding sceptre, +hAR-OLD REX. Reverse: voided long cross with limbs united at their bases by a circle enclosing a pellet, in each angle of the cross a lis between two pellets, +LE:/OFP/IG O/N LINC. This coin has been recorded on the EMC as EMC 2018.0411.

Obverse; +HAROLD RECX, diademed and cuirassed bust left, shield and sceptre in front. Reverse; +SVMERLIND ON LIN, voided long cross with pelleted centre, fleur flanked by two pellets in each angle. As North 1991, p. 131, no. 803. This coin has been recorded on the EMC as 2017.0247.
