Reverse inscription +FOLIPINE (FOLCWINE) on SVDB.

The coin is chipped around approximately half of the outer edge, removing the beaded outer circle but not the inscription. The surface of both obverse and reverse shows some spots of green copper corrosion. The coin shows evidence of being double-struck.
