Early medieval gilded copper alloy mount, of middle early-medieval date (c.700-860).The mount has two flattened square terminals with engraved square borders that contain diagonal cross motifs formed of four raised pointed ovals  .These are connected by a  flat bar with circular silver rivets divided by a shallow groove. The reverse of the terminals each has an integrally cast lug.

A complete Early Medievlal probable copper-alloy mount dating to circa AD 500-600. It is rectangular in plan and section. The front face contains two conjoined beasts facing away from each other. They have large circular heads, robust feet with large claws. The design is possibly rendered in the Salin 1 style. Significant trace sof gilding cover the front face. A complete Early Medieval copper-alloy mount dating to circa AD 500-1000. The object is composed of a sub-rectangular, flat sectioned plate, with a rounded upper lobe. The lobe forms the head of a bird, giving the object a zoomorphic form. Incised linear decoration following the lobe is situated on the front face. Traces of white metal coating survive. On the reverse of the lobe is an in situ rivet.

An incomplete copper-alloy mount of probable Early Medieval to Medieval date. It is rectangular in plain with circa half of the object extant. The front face has repousse decoration appearing to be a floral life or vine. Faint traces of gilding remain in the hollows. A median fixing hole is located at the complete end and presumably would have had a symmetrical sibling on the missing edge. Suggested date: circa AD 500-1300.

The design is deeply incised. The fragmentary nature of the extant piece precludes precise identification but it is not dissimilar to SF-1B4771. A prominent rivet projects from between the lobes. In the spaces between the lobes the front face is decorated with incised double grooves. The lobes have a ring and dot decoration.
