Two Copper Alloy Roses, possibly brooches? (Unsure if a pair, or if there are several). Each rose has 5 large outer petals; between each, is a small leaf, and then 5 smaller inner petals. The inside of the rose are concave suggesting it was cast. One rose has an outstretched arm, which may have been a fixing for a brooch. It has a brown patina. A medieval silver groat of Edward IV (first reign; 1461-70), Light Coinage (1464/5-70), mint: London, initial mark: crown (obv), sun (rev), North 1571. Ref: North 1991: 87. The flan is irregular in shape and possibly clipped. The obverse features the front facing bust of Edward IV, with a quatrefoil each side of the neck. A Crown mint mark is just visible at 12 o clock. The coin weighs 2.9g and is 25.58mm in diameter. The reverse features a long cross with three pellets in each central quarter, there is a star at 9 o clock.

Incomplete Copper Alloy object. Possibly a brooch or a clasp. The object has a flat leaf like shape, which appears to be broken at its pointed end; there is a small circular perforation at its base on its obverse side. The base tapers into a ‘stalk’ which then curls back on itself. The reverse of the object is plain and undecorated, but the perforation is clear. The object has a green and brown patina and has a rough and uneven texture. The object weighs 6.3g and is 51.97mm length and 22.70mm in width tapering to 12.41mm at its pointed end. Object is incomplete Copper Alloy Roman Brooch (possibly Colchester Type). It is missing its pin, but a small indent where the pin would have rested is still visible. The brooch has been bent and flattened, so its original shape is not discernible. There is slight decoration on the T-Bar and attached lug. It has a green, white and red/brown patina, and is showing slight signs of corrosion. The object weighs 17.0g, has a width of 45.96mm across the T-Bar, and has an approximate length of 45.88mm (including the bend).
