The body of the quillon is truncated conical in shape with a hollow rectangular central aperture. Extending to one side is a sub-oval sectioned arm with a large spherical terminal. An incomplete Roman cast copper-alloy harness fitting dating to the period AD 43-120. The fitting co prises part of the rectangular loop with a rectangular-sectioned frame. Integral to the surviving long edge is a pelta-shaped plate with a short curved arm missing hte tip. The opposite arm is missing. The centre of the plate extends slightly to a transverse break. The surfaces are very worn. The patina is light green. The harness fitting measires 14.8mm long, 16.4mm wide, 2.4mm thick and weighs 1.40 grams. A Roman case copper-alloy mount, harness fitting or vessel attachment. It consists of an arched rectangular shaped and sectiond bar broken at each end. On the inside edge of the surface are two concentric grooves. Extending from the mid point of the same edge is an integral pelat-shaped plate that is D-shaped in cross-section and has a hollow interiror. The patina across the object is dark grey in colour. The object measures 33.3mm long, 24.9mm wide, 3.6mm thick and weighs 5.12 grams.

There is no decoration on the interior or exterior surfaces. The patina is dark green in colour, including on the break. The fragment is very worn and pitted. A late Medieval to early Post Medieval cast copper-alloy sword or dagger scabbard chape. The chape, cast in one piece, is 'V-shape' and hollowed, with raised edges and open at the back. The plate has a central ridge with rectangular and aperture and circular aperture above either side. The upper edge is scalloped. Between these is a sub-triangular projection. An incomplete cast copper-alloy belt mount or stud, probably of Post Medieval date. The domed head is twelve-foil culminating at a plain apex. The reverse is hollow with a central boss, into which is the base of a rectangular-sectioned iron shaft. The patina is dark green in colour. The mount measures 25.2mm in diameter, 4.7mm high and weighs 7.06 grams. Similar studs are sometimes attributed to the Roman period but the domed bade and iron fitting on the reverse suggests a Post Medieval date, probably the sixteenth century.

An incomplete Early Medieval cast copper-alloy pin dating AD 700-850. The head is sub-spherical with a saltire at the apex. Radiating from this are swirled grooves extending to the base. There is a ring-shaped collar dividing the head from the rest of the integral circular-sectioned shaft. The shaft tapers to a worn point. The pin measures 18.3mm long. The head is 8.7mm diameter and the pin 2.1mm diameter. The entire object weighs 2.96 grams. An incomplete Early Medieval cast copper-alloy polyhedral pin dating AD 700-900. The head is sub-cuboid with 11 angled facets, each with a moulded ring-and-dot motif. Extending from the base is the surviving circular-sectioned shaft with a transverse collar that extends to a broken point.  The pin is 17.1mm long. The head is 8.3mm diameter and the pin a maximum of 3.6mm diameter. The entire object weighs 2.25 grams. Similar polyhedral pins recorded on the PAS include NARC-685D0C, LANCUM-6B7592 and SUR-646CF1.

The tip is sub-triangular in plan and pointed-oval in cross-section, with a broad flat central longitudinal rib on both faces from which the body tapers either side to form the blade edges. The tip tapers to a point and is solid. The object has a patchy green patina. It measures measures 21.1mm in length, 9.4mm in width, a maximum of 5.1mm thick and weighs 2.49 grams.
