A copper alloy fragment, probably of a Bronze Age axehead not further defined dating c. 2050-800 cal BC. The fragment is an elongated D shape in plan with a sub-triangular profile and comprises the worn crescentic cutting edge of an axehead. The blade tips don't survive. The transverse break is worn and the object has patches of a glossy dark green patina.
