A near-complete Roman cast copper alloy brooch, of Colchester derivative Polden Hill type, dating from c. AD 80 -120. The object consists of the head and the bow of the brooch, with the axis bar and spring still intact. The pin and most of the catch plate are missing. It is irregular in plan, broadly comma shaped in profile, and irregular in cross section. The bow of the brooch is 13.61mm wide and 18.75mm deep at the head, narrowing to 3.26mm wide and 7.96mm deep at the foot. A complete cast copper alloy Medieval ewer spout dating from c. AD 1400-1500.  The object is curved, tubular, and zoomorphic in form. The opening at the attachment end is an oval shaped aperture measuring 19.78 mm high by 10.35mm wide. The attachment end, curves upwards to form the spout. The end of the spout is in the form of a stylised dog's head with an open mouth, squared brow, lenticular eyes and rounded droopy ears. A complete cast, copper-alloy button post-medieval date (c.1600-1700). The obverse of the object is convex. It is steeply domed with an intricate design. The surface is decorated with an incised motif consisting of an inner circular area with fine hashed markings. The outer edge is marked with 8 semi-circular designs, within each there are 6 lines.  Between each semicircle the is a three lobed leaf design. The reverse of the button has a circular line on the outer edge, and the loop is wire. The button has a dark grey, shiny patina.

Medieval copper alloy button with an integral loop. The front of the head is gently concave and the reverse strongly convex.  There is some marking at the centre of the front face. This area sits within an equal armed cross with each arm consisting of two engraved lines.  The cross is surrounded by two concentric circular grooves. A complete Post Medieval cast copper alloy mount, dating c. AD 1600 to 1800. The mount is broadly circular in plan and features a quatrefoil design of four openwork hearts radiating outwards. The reverse is undecorated, with a single central attachment pin. The pin is broadly square in cross section and has been bent.. The overall patina is mid-grey, with areas of green corrosion. Soil deposits remain on the objects surface.

Complete copper alloy Trade Weight of Post Medieval date (AD 1485-1820). The weight is discoidal with a raised rim. The weight has stamped marks which are obscured by abrasion, as such the ruler under which the weight was issued is unclear.  There are two concentric circles partially visible on the upper side, approximately half way across the radius. The reverse of the object is flat with some linear grooves, and a central indentation. The object has a green patina, with some orange corrosion present.
