A copper alloy as of Hadrian (AD 117-38), probably dating to AD 134-8 (Reece Period 6). The obverse has an illegible legend, but a laureate head or bust right. Although the reverse legend is illegible, this coin is probably one of the ADVENTVS issue struck by Hadrian for the Provinces. The reverse probably shows Hadrian on the right addressing / sacrificing with the personification of the province that would be named in the inscription; there is probably an altar in between them. The obverse shows an unclear head or bust facing right, probably with the inscription [HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS]. The reverse probably depicts Clementia standing left holding a patera and sceptre, and is probably inscribed [CLEMENTIA AVG COS III P P] S C, or [CLEMENTIA AVG P P COS III] S C. Mint of Rome.
