An incomplete copper-alloy strap fitting of probable Medieval date. It is rectangular in shape, made out of a sheet, with a circular hole at one end, and the remains of another hole at the break end. There is a thin folded sheet at the top with the remains of an iron pin in situ. There is evidence of gilding on the surface.

A fragment of an iron probable late medieval to early post-medieval scabbard chape. Only the lower end of the object survives. This is a cast, hollow flat triangular chape with a jagged break around its upper edge and a flattened globular terminal projecting from its lower end. The surface of the metal is heavily corroded.
Scabbard chapes are more commonly made from sheet metal, but cast examples in copper alloy and iron are known. Compare PAS records: PUBLIC-03A532, LON-0444D0 and WMID-C808A3. It seems likely to be of late medieval to early post-medieval date.

An incomplete copper-alloy medieval vessel lug. The zoomorphic terminal has with two wide slanting grooves for ears, two vertical grooves for eyes, a V-shaped groove on either side for the open mouth, and a moulded groove running around the top to form an up-turned nose. A hole runs right through along the long axis from the back of the head to the open mouth, and this would have held the end of a rectilinear handle. A complete copper-alloy Medieval enamelled harness pendant. It is quatrefoil in shape, the outer edge conprising four rounded lobes, each with a small projection between. The outer face of each lobe is decorated with three raised petals as in the upper section of a fleur-de-lis. In the centre of the outer face there is a square linear border surrounding a raised lion en passant. The remains of red and black enamel can be seen in places alongside small traces of gilding. A suspension loop projects from the centre of the upper edge.

An incomplete copper-alloy lamp hanger of Medieval date. It has been cast in one and measures 43.00mm in height and 24.45mm in width. It consists of a central vertical shaft which terminates in a suspension loop. The base of this shaft flares outwards and is in the centre of three arms, which project at right angles from the central shaft. Each arm is incomplete due to old breaks, the missing terminals probably originally had circular perforations through them from which chains would have hung, to hold the lamp below. A complete cast copper-alloy Medieval Limoges figurine. The figurine depicts a three-quarter length standing figure that is cast flat and rectangular in form with the exception of the head. This is cylindrical with a flattened top and back face and has moulded decoration comprising of eyes, nose and mouth, the eyes consist of inlayed blue glass. The reverse of the face has an integral cyclindrical rivet for attachement. A complete copper-alloy post-medieval knife handle terminal. The terminal is shaped like an horse's hoof and has iron corrosion. It curves downwards slightly at an angle and has a flat outer end. The inner surface is covered with iron corrosion where it would have joined the iron tang of a knife originally.
A number of similar example have now been recorded with the PAS: e.g. SF-6B23D0, NLM-61F60B, SUR-1DCA47, IOW-E044C2, SOM-A63564 and LVPL-2ABAE1.
Egan (2005, 93, no.398) illustrates a similar example from a 15th to 16th century excavated context in London.

A cast copper-alloy knife end cap of Post-Medieval date. It is rectangular in profile and oval shaped in section with moulded vertical ridges down each side. Both faces have incised decoration comprising a rectangular border containing a cross saltire, the edges suffering from corrosive copper-alloy and iron products. The top of the cap is decorated with an incised star shaped motif. At the base there is a transverse rectangular slot that contains the corroded remains of the knife tang.
