Cast bronze penanular bracelet possibly from the Ewart Park phase of the Late Bronze Age, c. 950-750BC. The bracelet is of circular section with a diameter of between 4.9 and 6.1mm. The terminals are expanded and are of circular section with diameters of between 9.0 and 9.8mm. The expanded terminals are central with respect to the hoop. Near complete Medieval cast copper alloy buckle with zoomorphic integral plate and ornate subrectangular frame, possibly of 14th century date. The sides of the buckle frame taper towards the outside edge of the frame, which gently curves towards a prominent lip, incorporating a notch for the pin. The pin is triangular and flat in profile, with the suggestion of two transverse markings around the pin. The plate is thick but relatively slender in relation to the frame. Two piece copper alloy harness pendant with an interior swivelling sexfoil pendant, probably of Late Medieval date. The surface of the pendant has been lost and no traces of gilding survive. The obverse of the pendant is concave with a central perforation. The sexfoil frame has evidence of slightly protruding ribs between each arm. The central pendant is attached to the frame by an iron rivet. The suspension mount is missing.

Cast biconical decorated lead spindle whorl. Spindle whorls are difficult to date, but the location of this find in the vicinity of a Medieval site and other Medieval finds may suggest a Medieval or early Post Medieval date. The whorl is decorated with a number of raised dots near the rim of each face (11 and 13). The surface is eroded, but there is a suggestion of low radiating lines along the face through the dots. The whorl has suffered some damage to the edge.

Gilded buckle comprising of a trapezoidal frame with folded sheet plate of Medieval date, possibly 14th century. The outside edge of the frame is ā€˜Vā€™ shaped and extends slightly beyond the frame sides and is also more substantial than the rest of the frame. There is a low notch for the now missing pin, which was of iron. The folded sheet plate is rectangular with a rounded inside edge of the plate. The plate has a slot for the pin and is recessed for the frame. The single attachment rivet is still present near the inside edge of the plate. Gilding survives on both the frame and plate.

Eroded and incomplete Roman bow brooch of uncertain type. The bow has a rounded D-shaped cross section with no evidence of any mouldings or surface decoration surviving. The foot of the bow and the catch plate are missing and the bow now thins to a point. The head has flat sides with a suggestion of a central rib at the top, remnants of the wings survive at the front of the head. It is unclear whether the brooch employed a hinge or spring mechanism

Copper alloy terminal with thin copper alloy strip attached. The terminal has a rectangular cross-section with four V-shaped tapering grooves, defining a cross. The terminal gently narrows before a wide square collar. The single piece of copper alloy sheet is set within the collar. The sheet is thin (0.5-0.8mm) and is plain, it is wider than the terminal and has a bend near its end, which may be an original feature.
