A flint blade of the early Neolithic period. The blade is incomplete, but is rectangular in plan and triangular in section. There is no reworking of the blade edges, with the edges formed by the natural break of the flint. The flint is grey in colour with a brown tinge.

A flint blade of possible Mesolithic date. This a flake of pale brown semi translucent flint which has a heavy white patination suggesting a long period in the ground after production. The dorsal face has two long arrises where sub parallel flakes were removed prior to the final separation from the original core. A section of corroded copper alloy blade of probable Middle Bronze Age 1500-1150BC. The surviving fragment is rectangular in form, pointed oval in section with distortion along the length. It is 94.94mm in length, 19.49mm in width and 6.01mm thick. It weighs 41.4g. There is a pronounced central spinal ridge. The blade is bent upwards with an old break at one end and thickening at the opposite, possibly hilt, end. It is sub-retangular in shape and sub-triangular in cross section. It is a secodary working with 15% cotec running centrally along the dorsal face. A fragment of a copper alloy blade, probably from a sword dating to the late Bronze Age period, c. AD 1000-800 BC. The fragment is from the blade section of the sword and is sub-rectangular in profile and lenticular in section.
