A copper alloy Roman coin; a radiate of Salonina from Gallienus's sole reign dating from AD 260 - 268 (Reece period 13). IVNO AVG reverse type depicting Juno seated left on a throne holding a flower? and a child in swaddling clothes. Mint of Milan. See Cunetio number 1785 on page 129.
The edge of the coin is damaged and there are some deep scratches behind the head on the obverse.
