Medieval lead/tin alloy, probably pewter annular brooch of 13th to 14th century date The cast brooch is near-complete, missing the pin but the frame is distorted and is now oval (31.0mm x 25.9mm, 2.6mm thick and weighing 2.0g). The frame is circular sectioned (1.7mm diameter) and is without a pin constriction or notch. The brooch is decorated with three triangular, or shield-shaped devices (7.3mm - 7.5mm long, 5.5mm wide and1.5mm thick) equidistantly placed and positioned on the top of the hoop. Post medieval copper alloy buckle of mid-16th to mid-17th century date The cast buckle frame is of rectangular form (33.7mm long, 46.1mm wide and weighing 18.7g) and is complete except for the pin. The integral outside edge resembles a roller and is decorated with diagonal notches either side of a central notch for the pin. The underside of the outside edge is bevelled. The sides have two rounded lobes, with a larger lobe near the bar (9mm deep and 5.4mm thick). The bar is offset and narrowed. The surface is unpatinated, tarnished 'bronze'.

The chisel is incomplete missing nearly all the tang (with a surviving length of 50.8mm and a weight of 19.0g). Late medieval to early post-medieval lead-tin alloy chape, probably from a dagger scabbard. The cast chape is incomplete, eroded at the mouth (with a length of 27.2mm and a weight of 4.5g). The mouth is somewhat misshapen and would originally have been D-shaped to sub-oval (17.3mm x 13.0mm with a wall thickness of 0.7mm).
