Copper alloy Roman radiate possibly of Claudius II (AD 268-70) (Reece Period 13), possibly [PAX AVGVSTI], Pax standing left with branch and transverse sceptre. Mint of Rome. Cunetio p. 136, cf. 2190-1. It was originally suggested that this was possibly a radiate of Carausius (AD 286-93) (Reece Period 14) based on the bust and the fact that Pax is a very common reverse type in his reign. This coin has been considered for Sam Moorhead's corpus for RIC.

A copper alloy Roman coin; a radiate probably commemorating Claudius II (268 - 270), CONSECRATIO lighted altar type minted after his death (in 270 AD). The coin edges are missing and chipped, but otherwise the coin is in fine condition. It has a maximum diameter of 14.6mm and is 1.6mm thick. It weighs 0.76g. The mintmark is not visible (nor are most of the legends), but Consecratio coins are believed to have been issued at all the mints.
