A 4th-century copper-alloy contemporary copy of a Roman nummus of Constantine I (AD 306-37) dating to c. AD 321 (Reece Period 16) with a reverse of Licinius I: D N LICINI AVGVSTI reverse type depicting a wreath enclosing VOT XX. Prototype Mint of Arles. RIC VII, p. 259, cf. nos. 228 (obv) and 229 (rev). This coin has survived very well.

A worn and slightly corroded 4th-century copper-alloy Roman nummus of Constantine I, 'Gloria Exercitus' type, first issue, minted at Arles in 335 AD (R.I.C. 387) This coin has been pierced, possibly in the early-medieval period as this is the most common period in which this practice occured. The piercing is aligned to neither obverse nor reverse designs.
