A worn cast copper-alloy medieval two-part horse harness pendant. The incomplete outer frame is in the form of a quatrefoil with a cusp in each angle, though the lower half is missing. The apex of the frame has a pierced attachment loop, which is turned 90ยบ to the frame and has the remains of an iron pin through it. The inner pendant is attached to the outer frame by a corroded iron pin through a rectangular loop and still slightly swings. The pendant is in the form of a flower with six petals. The rectangular buckle frame is recessed for the frame and is folded at both ends. The frame has a pinhole for the cast copper alloy pin, two rivet holes and the front is decorated with a border of two rocker-arm lines. An incomplete cast copper-alloy medieval hooked tag. The hollow rectangular body is semi-circular in cross section and from the base of the body is an incomplete integral hook. The convex front has lozengiform cross-hatching decoration on the central panel and the backplate is torn and the top half is missing. The surviving length is 29.9mm, the width is 14.5mm and the weight is 4.40g. A parallel from London has been dated to the 15th century (Ward Perkins, 1940, p 273 and 279, plate LXXVI, No. 9).

The sub-oval lug is rectangular in section and has a central circular perforation (diameter 6.4mm). From the flared end of the lug projects the remains of an iron rivet which would have secured the handle to the vessel. The complete side terminates with a slanted figure of eight terminal, which is attached to the side by one of the loops. In each loop is a copper-alloy rove with a solid domed head. Looped around the inner loop is a copper alloy attachment with a small integral cylindrical loop. The length of the spur is 85.2mm, the maximum width is 45.0mm and the weight is 36.48g

Probably an incomplete cast copper alloy Anglo Scandinavian Early Medieval strap end. Only the terminal of the bifurcated strap end survives as the plates split just above the terminal and are truncated at this point. Only an incomplete rivet hole survives on one face. The urnes style moulded zoomorphic animal head terminal is the same on both faces and has rounded ears, ring and dot eyes and a rounded snout with a ring and dot in the centre. The surviving length is 27.6mm, the width is 9.4mm, the thickness is 7.1mm and the weight is 6.52g.

The copper alloy axis bar is held by a rounded pierced lug at the end of each wings and the worn spring has fourteen turns and possibly had a missing rearward claw. Iron corrosion on the head and wings suggests that the pin mechanism may have been iron. On top of the head is an incomplete integral chain loop. The short rectangular bow steps down to a worn and incomplete triangular leg at a midway point. The surviving length is 27.0mm, the width is 15.3mm and the weight is 2.82g.

A worn but complete cast copper alloy medieval suspension stud for a harness fitting. The oval boss is hollow with a central square sectioned rivet (thickness 7.3mm). The hinge is made by folding back two strips of metal extending from the boss. Through the loop was an iron pin, though this is now missing. The length is 22.6mm, the width is 13.0mm, the thickness is 3.7mm and the weight is 3.01g.
