Copper alloy Possible Hasp Loop. A semi-circular cast bar of round section. At one end, this narrows to achieve a plano-convex section at the position of a countersunk rivet or screw position of maximum diameter 4.6mm. At the other end a separate rod of diameter 4.6mm appears to be inserted into the end of the larger rod. Suggested date: Modern, 1800-1900. Length (across chord): 66.48mm, Diameter of main bar: 8.3mm, Weight: 39.5gms.
