Silver bodkin fragment. Cast flat and straight sided pin with a slot at one end and a small concavo-convex scoop at the other; the slotted end has lost one side of a narrow longitudinal slot, and probably a further extent of a shank. The object is lightly constricted below the scoop, and is then drilled with a hole of 2.5mm diameter with horizontally incised lines above and below it. A further pair of incised lines frame an angular figure resembling two triangles superimposed point-to-point and a further pair of horizontal lines above the slot.
