White metal unidentified object fragment. A small concavo-convex billet of white metal with a curving surface which appears beaten on its convex surface and appearing gouged or distorted on its concave underside. Though the outer surface appears similar to the end of an early medieval ingot, the underside appears to indicate catastrophic damage arising from mechanical action or failure, and at all events is not what would be expected of the manual subdivision of a small ingot.
