An incomplete copper-alloy Trumpet Group B Brooch dating to AD 80-200 of Bayley and Butcher 2004, Group B type. The brooch is D-shaped. The brooch has an oval shaped head (14.09mm in width). A mottled dark grey thumb scraper of early Bronze Age date c. 2150- 1500 BC. The flint is sub-oval in shape and is a secondary flint with some cortex remaining along the right mesal. The ventral face has a high bulb of percussion with ripples of percussion emanating from it. There is a distinct striking platform at the proximal end.
