The lithic is bi-convex and sub-rectangular in profile, with a smooth ground surface and tapered ground curvilinear (incomplete) cutting edge. The portion of the axe situated directly behind the cutting edge remains predominantly intact, however, the integrity of the lithic reduces sharply past the mesial point. Large and deep negative scars have removed a portions of the ground surface of the axehead, significantly more on one side of the object, and are most probably due to post depositional processes. A complete flint side scraper of Neolithic date (2700-2350 BC). The lithic is sub-rectangular in profile. The dorsal surface is covered with retained cortex making this a primary flake. The proximal, distal and right hand edge have been abruptly blunted. The left hand edge contains some minor, scaled flaking and semi-abrupt retouch. The ventral surface is slightly concave and smooth with shallow ripples of percussion emanating from the distal end. The dorsal surface has two predominant negative scars with corresponding negative arrises. The proximal edge has been abruptly blunted, all other edges contain partial parallel flaking and semi-abrupt retouch. The ventral surface is smooth with a small, shallow negative scar situated along the proximal left hand edge. The flint is mid-grey in colour with cream inclusions throughout.

A complete knapped lithic implement of Neolithic date, circa 4000 - 2300 BC. The implement is a blade formed from a tertiary flake which is rectangular in plan with a D-shaped section. As its length is more than twice the width and the sides are more or less parallel, it is identifiable as a blade. A bulb of percussion remains along with radiating ripples.
