A small Neolithic thumb scraper, designed to be held between your thumb and forefinger. The scraper has a shallow plano-convex section, with one rounded side and one convex. The flint is roughly oval in overall shape. It has been formed from a light yellowish-brown flint. The bulb of percussion and striking platform are both present, but badly damaged, with bulb scars. Scrapers like this would have had many different functions in the Neolithic, as they were very useful tools, used for example for skinning animals, removing the fatty deposited from hinds and much more.

A lithic implement of Neolithic to Bronze Age date. It is bifacially worked and could be a damaged burin or simply a waste flint flake. It has a triangular form. The object shows signs of numerous flakes having been removed. The flint is a dark greyish-white colour with slight yellowish-red tinges most probably resulting from its re-deposition. The object is 48.3mm in length, 44.7mm in width, 14.9mm thick and weighs 25.6g.
