A complete ground or polished stone axehead of late Neolithic date, c. 3500 - 2300 BC. The axehead is sub-ovate in plan, narrower at the butt end with a fairly steep curve to the cutting edge. It has a pointed oval section. The butt end is damaged and worn. The axehead is 114.7mm long, 54.9 - 21.1mm wide, 30.5mm thick and weighs 267g.

A complete knapped lithic implement of late Neolithic to early Bronze Age date, circa 2700 - 1600 BC. The implement is a scraper formed from a primary flake which sub-circular with an ovate section. The ventral surface is fairly smooth with irregular flaking around the edges. The dorsal surface retains a mid-brown cortex. The flint is a white colour. The implement is 29.1mm long, 27.2mm wide, 8.5mm thick and weighs 7.1g.

The dorsal face has a number of small broad flakes removed, while the ventral face has a pronounced bulb of percussion. There is short, sub-parallel, semi-abrupt retouch to the distal end and the right mesal. Suggested date: Late Neolithic or early Bronze Age, 2500 - 1500 BC. A sub-pointed oval end and side scraper. Formed from a secondary flake with some cortex remaining, it is mottled pale grey in colour. Two long parallel flakes heve been struck from the dorsal side. The ventral side has a low bulb of percussion with ripples of percussion emanating from it. There is short, semi-abrupt retouch to the distil end and right mesal. Fragment from a polished stone axehead of Neolithic date (c. 4000 - 2350 BC), made from stone from Langdale, Cumbria. The fragment is light green in colour, with a smooth polished surface. The fragment seems to be from the butt end of the axehead; a small section of tapered edge from the butt end is evident, as well as one side edge. Much of the original face survives on one side but is largely missing on the other. Overall, the axehead appears to have been pointed oval in section. A portion has broken off to the side of one of the faces. The original surface of the object is smooth, while the surface of the breaks is rough. The butt edge is slightly chipped.
