Large copper alloy biconical bead. 20m in diameter and 19mm high. The hole has a diameter of 8mm at the top and 5mm at the bottom. To date, 213 copper alloy beads have ben recorded on this database, with varying dates. Biconical beads similar in form to this one have been given an Iron Age date. They are similar in size and shape to Roman faience melon beads, and so a Late Iron Age date may be likely. Beads similar to this one can be found at IOW-A7EE12, CAM-8147F6 and ESS-FAFDF4.

A circular object, a possible bead. The bead is constructed of what appears to be polished jet. It is sub-discoidal in form and is pierced with a sub-circular hole through the centre (4.7 mm in diameter). The bead itself measures 19.3 mm in diameter. It has a flat underside and a rounded top. Such beads are difficult to date, however this example was found near to items of predominately late Iron Age and Roman date, so a similar date for this artefact seems likely.

A complete annular glass bead. It is monochrome, dull yellow/brown. It has a diameter of 16.5-18.1mm; it has an irregular circumference. The diameter of the perforation is 8.0mm. It is 7.0-9.3mm high and weighs 2.6g. The join is discernible, as is a hole created by an air bubble. Monochrome annular beads have been found in both late Iron Age and Roman contexts and are difficult to date precisely. Blue/green examples are the most common, but dark blue, yellow/brown and greenish colourless examples are also known.
