A complete late Neolithic (2500-2100) 'British Oblique' flint arrowhead, with the 'tail' extended to form a long tang. The flint is light brownish grey in colour with white to one side of the dorsal (upper) face. The dorsal face has been extensively worked. The ventral (lower) face is smooth with visible ripples. Retouching is visible along all the edges. The tip of the arrowhead is complete. The top of the 'tail' or tang measures 16.60 x 7.28mm.

A complete flint arrowhead of probable Late Neolithic or Early Bronze Age date (c. 2500 BC - c. 1500 BC). Length 36.8mm, width 27.0mm and 5.7mm thick. Weight 5.21g. The implement is sub-triangular in plan and has been formed on a secondary flake. Early Neolithic laurel leaf flint, 58mm long, 40mm wide and 8mm thick. The object is in good condition with a brown patina and weighs 22.5grams. The object is oval in form and has an angled lower edge. It has a rounded upper surface which has a nick out of it just to one side of centre. It has been finely worked all over its surface. in the centre of one side some cortex is still visible.

A Neolithic or Bronze Age macehead, carved from the basal area of a red deer (Cervus elaphus) antler. The porous core of the antler has been removed, so as to form a hollow cylinder that could easily be hafted to a handle. A large transverse hole (diameter 24.9mm)has been bored through the antler beam, so that it crosses the hollowed out core, and emerges through the cortex on the other face. A Neolithic polished flint axehead which has been broken widthways and then reworked. The axe dates from between circa 3500 BC to 2100 BC. The surviving part of the axe is the larger butt end of the tool. The butt end is rounded, with straight sides and the break is also straight - widthways. The break has also formed a hinge fracture. The axehead looks as if it has been extensively polished in its earlier use, but when it broke it looks as if it has been reworked, as it has also been extensively knapped. Neolithic? flint scraper, 69mm long, 47mm wide and 18mm thick. The object is in good condition with a greyish patina and weighs 46.17 grams. The scraper is 'leaf shaped' with a wide rounded lower edge containing a bulb of percussion and a smaller rounded worked end. It is finely worked just on the rounded tip, with deep removals. the object is heavily recorticated however, which indicates an early date.

A polished stone axehead of Neolithic date. The axe has been chipped on one blade face and on a portion of the other blade face. The chips are large and uneven, due to the grey-green igneous stone that has been used. The remainder of the axe has been ground smooth. The edge is mostly complete, but the opposite tip of the axe is missing, indicated by a relatively unabraded break.

A Neolithic axehead, the axe is unusual as it has been made from an igneous stone, with is not native to East Sussex. The stone (or indeed the axe) may have originated in the south-west, the north-west or Wales. This is a type of axe that would normally be made out of flint.
