Fragment of a post medieval copper alloy Spanish Netherlands escalin (half testoon) of Philip IV (1621-1665). The obverse has a rampant lion with a sword and shield and the legend P[HIL IIII D.G.HISP ET.] INDIAR.REX. The reverse has the arms of Spain and the legend [ARCHID AVS] DVX BVRG BRA [Zc].
