Silver hammered Elizabeth I groat (1558-1603 AD). Obverse is very worn, all trace of bust completely invisible. Legend: [ELIZABETH ]D G ANG [FR ET HI  REGINA]. Reverse features very worn long cross fourchee within beaded circle. Legend: [P]OS[VI] DEV ADIVTOR[EM MEV]. Mint marks are not legible. Flan is irregular, probably due to clipping. Diameter: 22.86mm; thickness: 0.42mm; weight: 1.25g
