An incomplete threehalfpence of Elizabeth I (AD 1558-1603), dating to AD 1575.
Description: This is a Second Issue (1561-1582) threehalfpence with the rose, date, smaller flan and eglantine initial mark.
Obverse: Bust facing left and rose on right, the inscription reads [EL]IZABE[TH D GANG FRA ET] HIB [REGINA].
Reverse: Square shield on long cross fourchee dividing the legend, the inscription reads [POSVI/DEV] ADIVTORE/MEV.
Measurements: Projected Diameter: 16.98 mm; Thickness: 0.66 mm and Weight: 1.19 g.

The coin is heavily worn and the legends are near llegible, and a section of the coin is missing from 11 o'clock - 4 o'clock, it is unclear if the coin was broken or cut.
Measurement: 15.70mm in diameter, 0.64mm thick and 0.49g in weight.
