A Post-Medieval silver sixpence of Elizabeth I (AD 1548-1603), dating to AD 1587. Third coinage, uncertain intial mark. Mint of London. North (1991: 113) no. 2015.
The coin has been clipped and bent between roughly 3 and 9 o'clock on the obverse, found in one peice but subsequently broken during cleaning.
