A fragment of a copper-alloy Roman coin; a nummus of The House of Valentinian, Securitas Reipublicae type probably, dating from AD 364 - 378. It measures 11.8mm by 10.8mm and is 1.5mm thick. It weighs 0.9gm. There is an F(?) in the left field which may suggest the mint is Siscia. For reference see Late Roman Bronze Coinage, possibly 1323 - 1330.
