Copper alloy nummus of the House of Valentinian, Reece Period. 19 (364-78 AD). Wear of the coin make identification difficult but either Valentinian I, Valens or Gratian will be on the obverse. The field marks on the reverse (OF/III) probably make it a product of the Arles mint, first or second issue periods (364-75 AD). Reverse has Victory advancing left with wreath and branch and the legend SECVRITAS REI PVBLICAE. Diameter: 18.12mm; weight: 2.0g
