This coin has the obverse legend break IVL CRISP - VS NOB C. The P in PLON does appear as an S, but is almost certainly a poorly cut P - there was no second officina at London. The coin is slightly worn and corroded. It measures 19.2mm in diameter, 1.8mm thick and weighs 2.36g.
